  What is the Parent Support Group or PSG?

 

The Parent Support Group or PSG is comprised of the parents of Sunrise Montessori School.  Every parent has something special to offer and the PSG is an opportunity to share that with the Sunrise Montessori Community.    

 

The PSG’s mission is to support Sunrise Montessori School by growing and maintaining a caring community for students, school, and family.  We are focused on creating opportunities that encourage diversity and family involvement which enhance the Sunrise Montessori learning experience.

  What does the PSG do?

·        Provide educational enrichment through activities and classroom speakers.

·        Offer activities to the children which enhance and create community among the families of Sunrise.

·        Create opportunities for children, families, and teachers to interact.

·        Provide a support system for teachers, staff, and parents.

·        Provide financial resources through fundraisers for PSG sponsored events, supplies, and equipment for the school.
